RETURN TO CAMPUS - JULY 2021
As per the announcement on 3rd May 2021, only two categories of students are allowed to return to campus in July:
a) Students who are registered for the subjects with practical components / attending clinical posting
b) Students who are facing connection issues that hinders them from following the online classes.
If you are in any of these two categories, please complete the Application to Return to Campus Form latest by 25th June 2021.
The steps are as follows:
i) Go to www.office.com
ii) Log in as yourstudentID@students.nilai.edu.my
iii) Scan the QR code or click the link https://forms.office.com/r/RvNqjCuaPe
The University will only approve applications for students to return to campus after the announcement from government authorities on the status of MCO 3.0 which will be latest by 28th June 2021.
Once your application to return to campus is approved, a permission letter to travel to campus will be emailed to you by the Office of Admissions and Records.
Check-In for Hostel Residents
For returning students who require on-campus hostel, the quarantine schedule is as flows:
|Hostel check-in date:||8th July 2021, Thursday|
|Quarantine Period:||9th – 18th July 2021|
|Check-out date:||19th July 2021, Monday|
After this quarantine period, all our hostel blocks will be occupied, and we will not have the facility to conduct another quarantine exercise.
Therefore, please do not overlook to complete the Application to Return to Campus Form before 25th June 2021 if you need campus accommodation.
Please be reminded that we are still in the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and everyone has a role in breaking the COVID-19 chain of infection. Please stay indoors whenever possible and practice the 3Ws (Wash, Wear and Warn), and avoid the 3Cs (crowded places, confined spaces and close conversations).
